Job DescriptionMacs Engineering is a highly regarded light/medium engineering company and manufacturer and supplier of light vehicle and truck bodies, third party equipment, accessories and services to the mining, energy, infrastructure and Government sectors.
Macs Engineering's auto electrical division is looking for three experienced and qualified Light Vehicle Mechanics to join their dynamic and cohesive team in Mackay QLD 4740.
The successful candidate will need to undertake and possess:
Extensive experience in repairs and maintenance in line with the manufacturer's requirementsThe ability to perform scheduled maintenance servicingThe capacity to service and repair vehicles as per the repair order within the allocated time frameStrong diagnostic capabilitiesSound knowledge of automotive fitting principlesRequired Experience, Skills and Qualifications: Must have a minimum of three years' experience as a qualified Light Vehicle Motor MechanicCertificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology or equivalentIdeally, you will be someone who always goes the extra mile, has a passion for what they do and above all prides themselves on their reliabilityAbility to work in a team environmentSalary range is $70,000 - $85,000pa commensurate with experience.
