Light Vehicle Mechanic

Finmec is an expanding maintenance provider to the mining and transport industry and has been operating in Hedland for the last 14 years. We are a Port Hedland locally owned business made up of qualified Heavy Duty Mechanics, Light Vehicle Mechanics, Auto Electricians, HV Electricians, Boilermakers, and more.
Finmec is currently seeking experienced Light Vehicle Mechanics to join our Site Support Team.
Position:This is a Site support role working directly with our client.
Roster:8/6 Roster - Local to Port Hedland or FIFO EX Perth. This is estimated as a 12 month placement.
To be considered for this position you will need:Trade Certificate.Current manual C Driver's License.Minimum 2+ years post trade experience in LV and heavy machinery.Excellent fault finding skills.Ability to work unsupervised.Earthmoving experience required.Experience in mining industry desirable.Must be able to pass pre-employment medical and drug screen.Experience of keeping organised paperwork and job cards.Commitment to Safe Work Practices.Job Benefits Include:Competitive Remuneration Package.Housing allowances offered to our local based personnel.Flights to all capital cities for our FIFO based personnel.
