Light Vehicle Mechanic

Ingleburn NSW Full time permanent  Competitive Hourly Rate (dependant on experience) ASAP Start Working on behalf of our client we are seeking an experienced and self-motivated light vehicle mechanic to join them on a full-time permanent basis. They are an Australian-owned and operated business and are looking to expand their business in the near future. You will play a key role in the day to day operations of the workshop and have the opportunity to grow into a leadership role as their team grows. This is a diverse role where you can be expected to perform tasks such as repairing brakes, clutches, head gaskets and engine replacements. Working Monday - Friday with occasional Saturdays 9am-5pm  Full-time permanent work Qualifications & Experience: Cert III in light vehicle motor repairs (Mechanical) 5+ years experience within the industry Experience in diagnostics, hydraulics, and servicing  Exposure to Diesel engines is desirable but not required AIS and AUVIS inspector accreditation  Valid Australian License  Tasks & Responsibilities: Light vehicle service and repairs (Ranging from servicing to engine replacements) Maintaining a clean and safe working environment  Ordering parts, liaising with suppliers and customers  Be self-motivated and be able to work autonomously To be considered for this position you must have: Full working rights  Be able to pass a drug and alcohol test prior to employment Be physically fit and able to pass a medical prior to employment  If you are interested in discussing this role further please APPLY NOW!
