Light Equipment Sales Representative

We have an opportunity for a highly motivated Light Equipment Sales Representative to join us, covering our South West Sydney region. The main responsibility of this position is to promote the sales of the Hitachi Light Construction Equipment range.
Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:
Managing relationships in an existing network of customers within the territoryActively seeking out new sales opportunities (i.e., daily cold calling/prospecting for new business)General marketing, trade shows, and related networking activitiesAccurate reporting of current and prospective activity, growth potential, market and competitor analysisMeeting market share expectations and other KPIs provided by ManagementTo be successful in this role you will possess the following: Demonstrated sales experience and successPrevious employment in a similar position or industry is preferred, but not essentialGenuine desire to deliver Hitachi's Promise of Total Customer Satisfaction as you develop and maintain positive relationships with customersA motivated and competitive drive to meet and exceed sales targetsStrategic and analytical capability to assess value, including the use of CRMConfident, courteous, and professional communication and presentation skillsSelf-motivated and the ability to work autonomouslyA current driver's licenseWhat's In It for you?
