The Maintenance and Industrial Services division provides comprehensive multidisciplinary maintenance and improvement solutions including maintenance services, sustaining and minor capital works, shutdowns and operations and facilities management for the resources and energy sectors.
We have an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Lifting/Rigging Supervisor to join our NSW Operations team on a permanent basis. This position is local only, working across multiple sites in the Hunter Valley. Relocation assistance will be considered.
In the role of Supervisor you will carry out a wide range of tasks across project and shutdown activities from planning, coordinating and supervising daily activities of work crews, ensuring compliance with internal, client and legislative HSE requirements through to ensuring that the quality, production and environmental requirements of the project are met.

What you will bring A minimum of 3 years' experience as a rigging and lifting supervisor with heavy industrial background. Proven ability managing multidiscipline work crews, including scaffolding, rigging, cranes and logistics. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Excellent working knowledge of workplace health and safety. Experience in effective planning, scheduling, management of personnel, resources and equipment to meet project requirements. Sound proficiency in the use of MS Suite (Outlook, Word & Excel). Open Drivers Licence. Proof of right to work in Australia.
