About the role We are seeking talented Elevator Electricians and Mechanics to join our growing team!
Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of documented lift industry experience and will demonstrate the ability to perform the following duties:
Read drawings and take accurate site measurementsRead and understand lift blueprints and plansAssemble, install, test and tune elevators to the best of manufacturer standardsParticipate in After Hours On-Call Roster (approx 1 day per week on-call)Maintain safe operating conditions of all equipment in accordance with the manufacturers' requirements and Australian StandardsBe a good communicator with strong verbal and written skills with the ability to maintain excellent customer relations.Ensure all work is carried out in line with the company OH&S policies and procedures.An understanding of lift code requirementsSupervise and train apprentices as and when required.Ability to communicate with management and clients at a professional levelGood working knowledge of computer software and communication devices (Excel, Gmail, Google Drive)Education, Experience and Qualifications Required A-grade Electrical license/fitter/mechanicConstruction White CardDriver's LicenseFamiliarity with Hydraulic and Traction drivesMechanical experience and competenceShortlisted candidates will be contacted via email to complete the relevant forms.
