Eldercare has an exciting opportunity for experienced Lifestyle Support Assistants to join the Lifestyle team at Goodwood.
Under the guidance of the Wellbeing Consultant, the Lifestyle Support implements and assists in evaluating lifestyle programs and assists residents to participate in leisure and lifestyle programs while being sensitive to resident needs consistent with our Values and in line with our Mind, Body, Spirit ethos.
About the role: Permanent part time opportunities available Assist in the delivery of lifestyle programs Be a part of the holistic care of our residents Review residents participation and involvement in the lifestyle programs Assist in planning lifestyle programs that meet the residents' needs Assist residents in the participation of lifestyle programs To be successful in this role, you will: Be a vibrant and enthusiastic person to join our team Hold or in the process of obtaining qualifications related to leisure, health or community services Experienced in participating and arranging recreational or leisure pursuits Specific experience in working with Older People, an advantage if dementia specific.

To work for Eldercare, you are required to have a police clearance valid for working in aged care (unsupervised contact with vulnerable people) and the clearance needs to be less than 12 months since date of issue.
