We are looking for an experienced professional to join our home - Regis Marleston, SA as a Lifestyle Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing a high-quality calendar of meaningful activities and events. The lifestyle program at Regis focuses on individual needs, preferences, and goal setting in order to support and empower our residents to maximise their independence and well-being.
How you'll make an impact Develop lifestyle programs based on individual needs, preferences and goals with the aim to enhance Physical, Intellectual, Emotional, Cultural, and Social well beingActive participation in the delivery of activitiesPrepare comprehensive and accurate lifestyle assessments of residentsEnsure complete and timely documentation of resident participation and engagementManage and coach the lifestyle team to deliver engaging and meaningful lifestyle activitiesSupport the orientation and training of new team members and volunteersDevelop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families and volunteersFacilitate community engagement opportunities What we look for Demonstrated understanding of Leisure and Lifestyle programming and Aged Care Quality StandardsCertificate IV in Leisure and Health Previous experience in a Lifestyle Assistant / Coordinator position (or similar)Experience using a computerised Care Management System (desirable)and outstanding computer literacy skillsStrong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
