About the role:We are looking for a Lifestyle Coordinator to join our team in a permanent full-time role (Monday to Friday) at our brand-new Oxley Aged Care Home, opening in March 2025. In this position, you will lead and inspire a lifestyle team while building meaningful connections with residents. You will create and coordinate engaging activities that enhance residents' quality of life, ensuring their individual interests and well-being are at the heart of everything you do.
This is a hands-on role that combines team leadership with direct resident engagement, making it ideal for someone who is compassionate, organised, and experienced in the aged care sector.
