What you'll do - Team Lead - Lifestyle Coordination Lifestyle Coordination is one of Hireup's critical success services, providing local, face-to-face wrap-around service for clients who need end-to-end support to maintain and monitor their living or support arrangements.
Lead a small team of Lifestyle Coordinators on a daily basis as they do the frontline work to support our clients.
This includes providing support to hire, onboard, train, coach Lifestyle Coordinators.
Create a passionate, purpose-driven, supportive and motivated work environment for Lifestyle Coordinators in your team.
Complete ad hoc and regular compliance activities to the highest standards.
Ensure the team has adequate access to subject matter expertise.
Understand, communicate and deliver on team KPIs in line with targets including customer success and growth.
Monitor and report on KPIs using data, and assist with story-telling against those data points.
Your Background A minimum of five years in the NDIS sector, including direct disability support work with demonstrated experience with specialised and/or clinical support requirements.
Demonstrated exceptional people management skills, and ability to lead high performing teams.
Experience managing change.
Excited to work in a for-purpose business where both commercial and social priorities are important.
Passion for a pragmatic, proactive, person-centred, positive, risk-tolerant approach to support with a focus on client choice and control.
Demonstrated systems thinking, with the ability to navigate, learn, analyse and improve technology and processes.
High-level written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to adapt style to suit individuals.
Impeccable organisational skills, drive and intrinsic motivation.
