Where Merrimac Park Private Care, a 96 bed residential aged care facility located in Merrimac on the beautiful Gold Coast. 
The Role Deliver a robust program to enhance the lives of our residents.   Assist in the design, implementation and evaluation of meaningful activity programs that engages our residents while meeting their preferences. Provide emotional, physical support to enhance the well being of residents.
What you need Certificate IV in Leisure and Health or a similar qualification will be highly regarded
Experience in residential aged care is ESSENTIAL Experience in delivering activities and programs to the elderly and experience working with people living with Dementia is ESSENTIAL A current First Aid Certificate (with CPR)
Current National Police Check
Have a genuine passion for working with the elderly
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Role will include weekend and weekday shifts
