Lifestyle Assistant

Nursing - Aged Care (Healthcare & Medical) Palm Lake Care's Aged Care Community in Toowoomba is currently looking for a Permanent Part Time Lifestyle Assistant who possesses passion and enthusiasm to join our team.
This vital role requires you to, under the Service Manager's guidance, enhance the quality of life of each of our residents through offering a comprehensive range of individual and group activities to promote social independence and interaction. You will be responsible for conducting assessments on existing activities and implementing new activities to meet the residents' needs and desires. You will work with a collaborative team committed to continuous improvements for our residents and their families. Above all, you will engage in practices that enhance the dignity and integrity of the residents' independence.
