We are an independent not-for-profit organisation offering a range of services including residential care, independent living, home services, respite and day care.We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, motivated and innovative Lifestyle and Wellness Partner to work within our Lifestyle Team. We are looking for someone who is creative and dedicated to making sure that our residents are living their best lives possible.You will engage with the residents to identify areas of interests and plan and facilitate fun, meaningful and engaging activities for residents in either a group or individual setting, to suit individual needs.
