Be the fun facilitator: You'll help residents explore their interests, both within the care home and beyond.Social butterfly extraordinaire: You'll be the friendly face who connects residents and fosters a sense of belonging.More than just activities: You'll be a supportive companion, assisting with daily living like mealtimes and outings.Resident champion: You'll gather feedback through surveys and family conferences to ensure activities truly hit the mark.Team player: You'll collaborate with the Lifestyle Coordinator and care team to plan activities, document progress, and escalate any concerns.Hygiene hero: You'll follow infection control protocols and maintain a tidy environment.Catering crewmate: You'll lend a hand with plating and serving meals, adhering to food safety standards.What we're looking for: First Aid Certificate (or willing to get one)Australian driver's licence desirableYour passion for enriching lives is the most important qualification!Can-do spirit: You're flexible, adaptable, and always up for a challenge.Creative spark: You're brimming with ideas to make every day an adventure.Excellent communication: You connect easily with residents and colleagues, building trust and rapport.Team player: You collaborate effectively and support others with a smile.Previous experience in caring for elders within an Aged Care or community setting is essential.Ready to make a difference?
