What do you need to be successful in this role? Be passionate about Lifeline and be able to articulate its purposeDemonstrated experience in retail management (or hospitality management with a background in retail), including experience in coaching and mentoring peopleAbility to deliver a high level of customer service and exceed customer expectationsDemonstrate enthusiasm and eagerness to learn the fundamentals of all store roles, including but not limited to customer service, visual presentation, online marketing and stock control.Create a values driven, diverse and safe employment environment that attracts, engages and retains skilled employees and volunteersCommunicate promotional event information to maximise resultsIdentify issues and opportunities based on trends and customer feedbackSetting and exceeding priorities to meet daily deadlines; developing plans to meet short-term objectivesStrong problem solving and influencing skillsAbility to use retail business systems, POS and Microsoft OfficeWhat makes a difference for you?
