The
Strategic Lead for People Culture and Corporate
is a Senior Leadership position responsible for leading a talented, multidisciplinary team to deliver excellence across critical areas, including People and Culture, Finance, and Information Technology. This role provides support to the CEO and Board in managing risk and developing good Corporate Governance, ensuring the seamless delivery of essential services and sustaining the organisation's operations at the highest level.

Who we are looking for:
Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Legal, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in Corporate Services functions with at least 5 years in a HR leadership capacity.
Experience in financial analysis and budgeting.
Strategic thinking with the ability to develop and implement business-wide strategies.
Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Strategic Vision: Ability to align HR, Finance, and IT functions with the organisation's Vision and Strategic Priorities.
Analytical Skills: Strong data analysis skills to support Financial, IT, and HR decisions.
Compliance and Risk Management: Proficiency in navigating legal and regulatory frameworks and able to provide timely advice to CEO and SLT.
Change Management: Experience leading digital transformation and process improvement initiatives.
Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams and other leaders across the organisation.
National Police Check and Blue Card.
