The Venue Belgravia Leisure are proud partners with the Logan City Council in managing the Bethania Aquatic Centre. This venue has a number of features which the local Bethania community come to enjoy, including a 25m outdoor pool with 8 lanes, shaded areas for our members to relax or enjoy a picnic, a leisure pool with beach entry, and a Kiosk.
The Role We are currently looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and friendly lifeguards to join the team on a casual basis. Our lifeguards will be responsible for the day-to-day pool operations within our facility and ensure that all areas both in and surrounding our pools are a safe and enjoyable environment for all patrons.
You will have a passion for safety around the water. You should be energetic, dynamic, outgoing, and fun. Outstanding communication skills and a commitment to customer service excellence are essential to ensure our patrons safely enjoy their visit every time.
Successful applicants will demonstrate the ability to communicate and interact effectively with students of diverse ages, abilities, cultures, and needs.

Our qualified trainers and assessors will ensure you are fully trained and qualified to become a lifeguard.
