The purpose of the Lifeguard is to provide safety to the members and guests in the pools and surrounding areas. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor during interactions and work-related relationships with all persons at the center including but not limited to members, guests, and team members. Lifeguard must be fully competent in performing water rescue procedures and coordinating in ensuring the safety of patrons in and around the pools and monitoring swimmers to enforce all safety rules.
Educational Requirements/Qualifications/Experience:MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSMust be at least 18 years of age.Must be a high school graduate or equivalent.Interest in becoming, or is a Certified Pool Operator.
