Be curious rather than judgmental to assess clientsfor non-vocational barriers to employment, develop a support plan andcoordinate appropriate referrals.
Collaborate with Sureway's Employment Services staffand Counselling Team to improve the social,psychological, and health barriers that impact on our clients' employmentcapability.
This position based in Bathurst or Orange will service the Central West region, the role requires some travel andovernight stay, telehealth servicing can be done between periods of travel.
Acompany car will be provided to you for travel.
A relevant qualification in Social Work or Counsellingis required along with membership to the relevant professional association(AASW, PACFA or ACA).
