Your opportunity In this role, you will support the business by improving the understanding and application of life safety systems and technology. Your focus will be on advancing process consistency, training, communication, and compliance. Key responsibilities include implementing digital automation for business-wide systems and processes, supporting the development of online management systems, communicating system requirements, and delivering related training content. Additionally, you will work closely with and support the Life Safety Performance and Reporting Manager.
Key areas of focus include:
Supporting and administering the configuration and efficient use of our Life Safety Management System to business stakeholders.Implementing new features and functionality e.g. technical/functional courses, programs, and tailored learning plans.Coaching business stakeholders on how to use these features, in the context of a blended learning plan, to build their own learning solutions and pathways.Ensuring the integrity/accuracy of data is maintained by tracking, auditing, and managing records.Creating and distributing monthly customised reports and ad hoc safety alerts.Supporting the ongoing development of the Life Safety intranet content and page.Assisting the business in identifying and deploying new safety technologies.What will set you apart from the rest?
