About the role selectability has an exciting opportunity for a casual Life Coach to join our team in Mackay.
As a Life Coach you will assist members set meaningful goals to enable them to create a life on their terms; assisting to close the gap between where they are and where they want to be.
The Clubhouse is a dynamic environment that supports a growing community of members living with mental illness.
The peer-supported environment allows members to build confidence, make friends, learn the skills needed to access education and employment opportunities.
You will work with members to develop the weekly programs and assist in the day-to-day operations of the Clubhouse.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: foster a positive, supportive, and motivating environment for personal growth.
collaborate with other professionals to provide holistic support and resources.
monitor and evaluate client progress, adjusting coaching strategies as needed.
empower clients to build confidence, improve well-being, and enhance their quality of life.

Role Requirements relevant tertiary qualifications and/or experience (highly desirable) a Positive Notice Working with Children (blue card) (or the ability to obtain prior to commencing) a current yellow card exemption or NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or the ability or obtain prior to commencement) NDIS Worker Orientation Module "Quality, Safety & You" completion certificate.
a current minimum P1 "C" class Queensland drivers licence roadworthy vehicle with comprehensive insurance About the offer This is a casual position based in Mackay.
