Liebherr Australia is currently looking for skilled Product Support Advisors to join our team in Perth on a day shift roster
Duties IncludeInspect products and/or materials for conformityRead and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications and manuals and make recommendations to internal and external customersMaintain, overhaul and test electrical/electronic equipment as well as mechanical components as requiredCollecting data, performing tests and complex calculations, graphing results, and preparing charts and tabulations, estimating materials costs and quantitiesInspecting designs and finished products for compliance with specifications and regulationsAssembling, installing, testing, calibrating, modifying and repairing electrical equipment and installations to conform with regulations and safety requirementsUndertaking electrical workshop functions such as installing assemblies for protection relays, metering and indicating devicesQualification and Experience Relevant qualification plus at least 2 years of relevant experience OR at least 3 years of relevant experienceLiebherr Hydraulic Excavator experience essential (R9800 and R9400 highly desirable)Proven track record of high-level customer supportCustomer focused, great attention to detail and high-level problem-solving skillsHigh Risk Licence LF, DG, EWP and WAHAssisting with research and experimentation programsWhat we can offer you?At Liebherr Australia, we're committed to looking after you, with some great benefits including (but not limited to):
