Role Status: Full-Time Term Vacancy until 27 June 2025 Remuneration: ASO4 ($75,430 - $79,070 per annum +11.5% Super) Role details The Department for Child Protection is seeking a Licensing Program Officer to join on a full-time term basis.
This is an essential role in supporting the licensing and compliance process for Out of Home Care.
The role is responsible for: Analysing, researching and drafting reports that include recommendations on licensing issues.
Managing internal and external licensing queries, assessing requests and maintaining correspondence records.
Contributing to project and policy work in relation to business unit activities, operations and performance.
Researching, collating and presenting information in an appropriate form in response to requests from DCP Executive and/or the Minister.
About You The successful applicant will have a proven ability to successfully engage, consult and liaise with a broad range of stakeholders.
Experience in assisting with the management of compliance and audit processes in the public sector will be ideal.
You will have a high attention to detail and sound analytical ability to identify and analyse problems and formulate appropriate courses of action.
Your proven ability to work independently will allow you to use initiative and work flexibly in developing innovative solutions to complex issues.
