The Opportunity: Are you detail-oriented and passionate about compliance and administration? We're looking for a Licensing Officer to join our dynamic team at City, reporting directly to the Head of People and Development. This permanent part-time role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our operations while collaborating with various stakeholders both internally and externally.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include: License Management: Oversee individual licenses and certifications, ensuring compliance and updates in HRIS system. Site Inductions: Manage site induction access, issue tokens, and resolve technical issues for team members. Stakeholder Collaboration: Liaise with internal teams and external partners to facilitate licensing and induction processes. Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance, including managing communications and processing reimbursements. Records Maintenance: Maintain accurate documentation related to licensing and inductions, ensuring compliance with requirements. What We're Looking For: Qualifications: A tertiary qualification in business or a related discipline is preferred but not mandatory. Experience: At least 3 years in a similar administrative role, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and Teams, particularly advanced Excel skills. Skills: Strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and effective interpersonal skills to engage with a range of stakeholders. Attributes: Demonstrated time management and organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team. Preferred Knowledge: Familiarity with site induction and access platforms, as well as an appreciation of individual trade license categories. Ready to Make an Impact?
