About the DivisionThe Regulatory Operations Division includes our licensing, legal, communications, engagement, and enquiries functions which aim to deliver organisational strategic objectives that protect vulnerable workers against exploitation and improve transparency and integrity in the labour hire industry.
About the BranchThe Licensing and Enquiries Branch has two teams. The Licensing Team assesses labour hire licence applications and licence renewal applications and tracks compliance with a range of other licensee obligations. The Enquiries and Complaints Team manages all inbound call and email enquiries and outbound call campaigns and responds to new matters as they arise.
About the roleThe Licensing Manager is a key management position responsible for our licensing strategies and operational policies and procedures. The Licensing Manager will lead a team of Licensing Officers and Enquiries Officers ensuring that we process licensing applications and renewals correctly and impartially. The Licensing Manager will also make licensing decisions pursuant to delegated powers.
The Licensing Manager will also support the Enquiries Officers and Licensing Officers in our focus on stakeholder engagement and the provision of timely and accurate educational information, guidance, advice, and support.
This role will also identify and report on issues and trends arising through applications, renewals, and engagement.
