McMullen Nolan Group (MNG) was formed in 1989 to provide alternative survey services in the land development industry. Since the company's inception, MNG has been dedicated to providing personalised and innovative spatial solutions to both the Land Development and Engineering & Infrastructure sectors across Australia.
Today, our core business focus is upon the provision of survey services to larger scale greenfields subdivision clients who have a dominant share of the Land Development market. Combined with our award-winning laser scanning technologies, primarily focused upon the Engineering and Infrastructure market, MNG is one of the pre-eminent survey businesses in Australia.

Your knowledge of the Land Development industry and the role of the Principal Surveyor in greenfield and infill developments. You will possess the capability to instruct and oversee the following core tasks of the Principal Surveyor including:
Provide professional advice to our valued clients on land tenure mattersManage and coordinate land surveying activities across the project lifecycle including:Accurate cadastral boundary establishment and control surveysFeature surveysLot precalculationAs-constructed surveys and deliverablesPreparation of Deposited Plans of subdivision & Strata PlansLiaison with local authorities, MRWA, Water Corporation, DPLH, WAPCAbility to review engineering designs and consultant reports to understand how they impact the development and titling processUnderstanding of Western Australian legislation, regulations, and agency land development processesWorkforce planning and schedulingBudget control and invoicingNetworking, building and maintaining client relationshipsHSEMS and QMS ManagementTendering and fee proposalsAbility to problem solve, collaborate and prioritise workflows to meet critical path expectationsDesired Skills and ExperienceWe are seeking candidates for 2x Project Manager roles with knowledge and experience in the Land Development industry and preferably with knowledge of surveying. The roles would be suitable for people with project management skills/experience in:
Surveying (especially Licensed Surveyors)Engineering and constructionTown PlanningDevelopment Management (land and property)We welcome applications from suitably experienced candidates practicing in other State jurisdictions within Australia or New Zealand.
