YOUR NEW EMPLOYER Our client is a high profile reputable brand-name law firm with an enviable success record spanning 50+ years.

YOUR NEW ROLE As a valued member of this winning Conveyancing/Property Team reporting to an industry-leading partner, you will love the high autonomy+ challenge+ satisfaction of managing your own conveyancing files  from start (pre-exchange) to settlement/post-settlement (predominantly residential developments/off-the plans+ some commercial property ).Specifically, you will be: liaising with clients/solicitors/banks/real estate agents, preparing sale contracts/other property related documents/correspondence, advising on/reviewing/negotiating terms of purchase contracts, liaising with outgoing/incoming mortgagees, preparing settlement figures,  attending to exchange+ settlement and finalising post-settlement matters including registration.

WHO YOU ARE We are interested in hearing from you if you: are a fully qualified licensed conveyancer (essential); have minimum 4+ years (OR MORE)  NSW conveyancing experience in residential (including off-the plan developments-ESSENTIAL ) and some commercial property (preferable not essential); have a proven success running your own conveyancing files from start (initial client enquiry/pre-exchange) to finish (settlement/post-settlement) with minimal supervision; are super organised , can handle a minimum of 20-25+ files at any given time, are dead-line driven+ have excellent communication and people skills; are client-centric + results-focused + high attention to detail ; have strong MICROSOFT OFFICE (Word/Excel/Powerpoint/Outlook) skills+ PEXA (essential).
