About the RoleWe are seeking motivated and experienced individuals to join our Coffs Harbour or Redcliffe based teams as B1.3 Licensed Engineers across a broad fleet of aircraft types. The position involves working closely with our highly skilled team to repair and maintain aircraft in accordance with industry regulations and best practices.
Job ResponsibilitiesEnsure maintenance performed on assigned aircraft is carried out to the highest possible standard in compliance with company policies and procedures and National Aviation Authority (NAA) Regulations.Ensure aircraft are maintained in accordance with the relevant and current Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA).Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to enhance their overall experience.Ensure all tasks are carried out in a timely and efficient manner.Work with the Quality & Safety Team to ensure aviation quality, safety, and compliance with a focus on continuous improvement.Assign and supervise tasks for Aircraft Maintenance Engineers (AME) allocated to the job and monitor their progress and paperwork.Focus on safe execution of maintenance activities, while maximizing aircraft availability and ensuring a safe workspace for all employees and visitors to maintenance and engineering facilities.Some travel may be required.Recruiting Company:Bell Textron Inc.
