Job Responsibilities Ensure maintenance performed on assigned aircraft is carried out to the highest possible standard in compliance with company policies and procedures and National Aviation Authority (NAA) Regulations.
Ensure aircraft are maintained in accordance with the relevant and current Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA).Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers to enhance their overall experience.Ensuring all tasks are carried out in a timely and efficient manner.Working with the Quality & Safety Team to ensure aviation quality, safety, and compliance with a focus on continuous improvement.Assigning and supervising tasks for Aircraft Maintenance Engineers (AME) allocated to the job and monitoring their progress and paperwork.Focus on safe execution of maintenance activities, while maximizing aircraft availability and ensuring a safe workspace for all employees and visitors to maintenance and engineering facilities.Some travel maybe required.QualificationsEssential Criteria A minimum of 3 years - experience in aircraft maintenance and modifications.Must be Experienced and hold qualifications on light and medium Bell, Airbus and Leonardo model Helicopters.Must hold current CASA B2 license.Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work with workshop managers and other staff in a busy environment with strict deadlines.An understanding of CASA regulations and compliance requirements.A keep eye for detail and a commitment to outstanding customer service.The ability to work independently.Good computer literacy and experience working with aircraft maintenance programs.You must have the right to live and work in Australia without restriction and you must be able to obtain and maintain aviation and other government security clearances that may be required.Meet the requirements of the Company Pre-employment drug and alcohol policy.Provide a current National Police Check.
