About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and committed person to join our community as a Library Support Assistant (CSA) commencing in Semester One 2025. The Library Support Assistant (Level 5) position plays a key role in supporting the Teacher Librarian in providing quality library information services to support the teaching and learning capacity for teachers and students.
The Library Assistant will support the delivery of Library services to staff and students across the college, creating an inviting, inclusive, and engaging place for the entire School community. This includes everyday interaction with students, providing support to our teachers inside and outside of the classroom, and fostering a culture of reading for pleasure.
Qualifications Completion of Certificate IV in School-Based Education Support; orThird year or final year of study and completion of the practicum in a relevant initial teacher education (ITE) qualification.Working with Children's Check (WWCC) and/or Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) registration.Application Process Applicants are required to submit a current resume and a cover letter that addresses the selection criteria as outlined in the Position Description.
