LIBRARY INFORMATION SYSTEMS OFFICER Parliamentary Library Ongoing, full time opportunityPoV Grade 4, $92,332 - $104,762The Parliamentary Administration Act 2005 and the Parliamentary Officers (Non-Executive Staff – Victoria) Single Enterprise Agreement will be revised during 2024 and is a nexus agreement to the Victorian Public Sector Enterprise Agreement. It is anticipated that the revised salary range for Grade 4 will be $95,102 - $107,905.
About the role As the Library Information Systems Officer you will design, build and maintain the library's internal and external digital content, ensuring a professional standard of online content and lead the coordination of content migration and production. You will provide system support and liaise with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely response and action to requests.
You will manage project delivery to ensure that library systems and databases are developed and maintained to meet the needs and expectations of clients. You will contribute and support the delivery of the Information Strategy, Library policies, plans and objectives.
About you Experienced administrator of library and/or information management systems.Excellent communication, written and stakeholder management skills to provide advice across a broad technical and non-technical audience.Previous experience in project management with a track record of timely delivery.We offer flexible work, come to the iconic heritage listed Parliament House building or our adjacent modern offices and collaborate with the team one day, work from home the next.
