About the RoleThis role of the Library and Communications School Officer at St Gerard Majella is to oversee the operation and maintenance of systems supporting the acquisition, organisation and daily management of library, resources and information services (Oliver or similar systems).
Some tasks will include cataloguing, maintaining library and teacher resources, and engaging with students during library sessions.
This four-day part-time position will include collaboration with other members of the library staff and teaching staff.
This position also involves producing and delivering quality digital media for internal and external communication, online, and media projects.
The school officer will help build positive partnerships between the school and families by communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders and collaborating with the Leadership Team and other key staff.
