Our team has been training and connecting volunteers with local schools across Australia for over 25 years.
EdConnect learning support volunteers provide an extra set of adult eyes, ears, and hands in the classroom to help support learning conditions while also providing a safety net and springboard for young people who might otherwise struggle to realize their potential in school and life.Our services are designed to improve students' literacy, life skills, self-esteem, and self-confidence, contributing to better learning outcomes and student achievements, alongside improvements in volunteer health and wellbeing benefits.To be successful in this role, you should be a team player who loves a challenge and enjoys working in a community setting.
You need to be a confident, self-driven individual who requires little supervision, is innovative, creative, and a proven problem solver.
