Liability Claims Specialist/Account ManagerAs a Liability Claims Specialist/Account Manager, you will work within a team of public liability claims managers, managing claims from end to end.
THE ROLE:Determining liability on claims and providing recommendations for future claims strategies.Ensuring the best possible outcome in all areas; QA, Customer and Quality, Financial.Conducting legal reviews on litigated claims with service providers.Attending external meetings and court cases.Managing claims in line with procedures.Conducting investigations regarding liability and medical issues.Collaborating with all stakeholders.WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE:At least 2-3 years of experience managing public liability claims.Legal qualifications (essential).Experience in managing litigated claims (highly desirable).A solid understanding of the Insurance Code of Practice and Insurance Contracts Act.Confident interpersonal/communication skills.Excellent negotiation skills.End-to-end claims management experience.WHAT YOU RECEIVE IN RETURN:Ongoing training and support.An environment where you will be trusted to work autonomously.Teams work together and support each other.Be part of a high-performing claims team.Competitive salary package.CBD location.This is a superb opportunity to join an innovative organisation.
