You will work collaboratively with your Sedgwick colleagues to deliver services within relevant SLAs. Your actions will ensure the customer and client remain central to everything you do.End-to-end claims management incl. policy interpretation, liaising with stakeholders, settlement negotiation & claim resolutionProactively and strategically working with customers on identifying and driving solutionsOversight and management of 3rd party service providersEffectively build and maintain relationshipsCollaborating with colleagues focused on high performance and exceeding expectations About You:2 years + experience in Liability ClaimsA comprehensive understanding of the General Insurance Code of PracticeStrong policy analysis and interpretation skillsCreative, caring and keen to develop your skills and grow your careerAbility to prioritise, multi-task and work to deadlinesSelf-motivated, driven and with a strong desire to winExceptional communication, organisational and customer service skillsEnjoy working within a fast-paced environmentIt's at the heart of everything we do, and we show we care by living our five core values: Caring, Empathy, Accountability, Inclusion, Collaboration and Growth.
