We are seeking a Restaurant Manager who embodies these qualities and is dedicated to delivering exceptional service. Responsibilities: Lead with passion and determination to achieve and exceed service standards while inspiring your team to do the same. Utilize your comprehensive understanding of restaurant business acumen to optimize operations and drive profitability. Uphold the high standards set by Onemata, ensuring that every aspect of the restaurant reflects excellence. Foster a close working relationship with the Head Chef to ensure seamless coordination between kitchen and front-of-house operations. Create memorable guest experiences through positive interactions and personalized service. Build strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure the highest quality ingredients and products. Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to attract and retain guests, driving revenue growth. Understand financial metrics and targets, working to meet and exceed goals to improve Onemata's performance. Qualifications: Requirements: Proven experience in hotel restaurant management, demonstrating a strong grasp of both culinary and operational facets. In-depth understanding of food and beverage costs, coupled with a passion for curating memorable dining experiences. Knowledge of spirits and wine, including varietals, pairings, and industry trends. Ability to inspire, motivate, and train team members to achieve their full potential. Flexibility to work during peak hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Must be available to work a 7-day rotating roster. Understanding of hotel operations and the ability to collaborate with other departments. Proficiency in a wide range of computer applications and software, including but not limited to Microsoft Office, Birchstreet, Tablecheck, and Infrasys.
