Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for an Administrative Support Specialist .

As Administrative Support Specialist, you will be: Plans and coordinates project scheduling, budgeting, and administrative tasks. Supports the project staff by facilitating project logistics such as meetings, conference rooms, conference calls, etc. Takes meeting minutes and action items during meetings. Calendar Support: manage and coordinate calendars for executives or teams, schedule meetings, and ensure all participants are informed and prepared. Experience in event Planning: organize and coordinate office events, including meetings, workshops, and celebrations, handling logistics such as catering, decor, and guest coordination. Responsible for collecting receipts and submitting expense reports using Concur to ensure timely and accurate reimbursement. Inventory Management: oversee office supplies, track inventory levels, reorder stock as needed, and coordinate with vendors to ensure the office is well-equipped. Conference Room Booking and Setup: manage conference room reservations, coordinate with meeting organizers, and ensure rooms are properly set up with necessary equipment and materials. Handling IT Facility Requests: point of contact for IT-related issues, submitting requests to the facilities team and ensuring timely resolution of any technical problems or requirements. The ideal candidate will have: Required 3+ years of administrative/clerical experience. Any Smartsheet's experience is a Plus. Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration! PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS: Pay Range: $23- $26 Per hour.
Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
