The Opportunity
We have an opportunity for a Facility Manager to work alongside our Office Services team to provide a safe, comfortable, and efficient facility for our colleagues and the wider GFNZ business.
To achieve this, your responsibilities will include:
Manage the day to day operational and safety requirements of the Head Office on Nelson Street, Auckland Develop, implement, educate and manage SOPs, to support security card system, induction of new employees, function management, employee car parking, and order of consumables Implement and manage maintenance, refurbishment and building works (including floorplans) Pool Vehicle Management and Maintenance Oversee Printer fleet across 34 sites, incl maintenance and liaising with supplier Internal Communication re Facility Updates Manage the site sub lease agreements and conditions on behalf of Goodman Fielder New Zealand Maintain pest control services and requirements for the site Note: This role has a start date of July 2025.
Payrate: $30 to $38.50 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday (40 hours per week)
Location: Auckland CBD
Is this the right role for you?
To make this role a success we are looking for an experienced Facility Manager with a background in a FMCG company and previous experience in Office Management or Facility Management.
What we would like to see in your application:
Previous experience within a FMCG company Minimum of 3 years Office Management/Facility Management experience (preferred) Experience in SH&E (Safety, Health & Environment) and JSEA (Job Safety Environment Analysis) procedures Proficient in SAP, processing all invoicing Proficient in Rapid Induct process Hold a 'Permit Issuer' qualification accredited by the New Zealand Professional Body Experience in Lucid Chart system software (or similar) What we offer
