What you'll do: Responsible for coaching, developing, and leading a diverse team of technicians, facilities management professionals, operational team leaders, and third-party contractors. End-to-end financial accountability for Facilities & Maintenance services in the designated group of stores. Deliver agreed Facilities, Proactive Services & Maintenance Strategies to drive proactive, responsive, and efficient services. Accountable for a safe site for everyone, every day by implementing and evaluating safe work practices, improving safety. Undertake routine health checks to ensure compliance, safety, and operational expectations are being met. What you'll bring: A minimum of two years experience in a similar role, preferably with commercial supermarket experience. Able to navigate complex work environments and teams to deliver outcomes. Strong leadership experience managing large and diverse teams in multi-site environments. Previous stakeholder management experience and ability to establish and maintain strong relationships. Experience or knowledge of essential services, refrigeration, air conditioning, or electrical systems (highly regarded). What you'll experience: An attractive remuneration package.
