Service Administrator , Customer Service, Administration
Your new company: You will be working for a charity as their Service Administrator within the wellbeing department, focusing solely on those requiring the wellbeing service. This is a permanent position with the ability to start ASAP post security clearance.
Your new role: This specialist administrative role focuses on wellbeing and provides key administrative support to the wellbeing services while working as a first point of contact. You will manage email communication, telephone queries, and update all systems accordingly, working with internal stakeholders, referrals, and individuals requiring the service.
What you'll need to succeed: To be successful in this role, you must be able to work at speed and with accuracy while dealing with sensitive data and acknowledging the potential emotional responses from those requesting the wellbeing service. You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with experience in a confidential and sensitive administrative-based role, ideally within a charity or social work setting. Full-time office presence in the West Birmingham area is required.
