About the RoleReporting to the Director, Levies and Finance, this role offers the chance to work within a dynamic team, coordinating and monitoring levy compliance activities and ensuring legislative requirements are followed. You will play a crucial role in coordinating the day-to-day monitoring, management, and analysis of services relating to compliance of levies collected. You will be responsible for auditing levy projects, construction companies, and developers for compliance with CITF legislation. Located in Keswick, this role offers the flexibility to work full-time or part-time (minimum 0.6 FTE) with the option of hybrid work arrangements.
Tasks and Duties Audit levy projects, construction companies and developers for compliance with the CITF Levy requirements in the CITF Act 1993 and CITF RegulationsInvestigate the scope of works included in levy projects for compliance with the CITF Act 1993 and RegulationsDevelop and implement an Audit Plan program targeting areas of known non-complianceGather, review and analyse data to develop selections for auditReview and reconcile levy refund applicationsCoordinate levy project audits with external auditors, as requiredPerform any adjustments to levy projects as outlined in the audit reportLiaise with stakeholders to educate them on compliance requirementsSkills and ExperienceThe ideal candidate will possess:
