As a Level 3 Solutions Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, analysing, implementing, and troubleshooting complex IT solutions for SMB, Education and Government clients. You will work closely with the service delivery team, account managers and fellow project managers, to ensure the highest level of service quality and customer satisfaction. This role is available in either the Sunshine Coast or Bundaberg (preference), we are looking for a staff member that is happy to come to the office to mentor and collaborate with teammates.
