As a Level 3 Solutions Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, analysing, implementing, and troubleshooting complex IT solutions for SMB, Education and Government clients.
You will work closely with the service delivery team, account managers and fellow project managers, to ensure the highest level of service quality and customer satisfaction.

This role is available in either the Sunshine Coast or Bundaberg (preference), we are looking for a staff member that is happy to come to the office to mentor and collaborate with teammates.
What you'll bring...
Expertise in various IT domains such as networking, security, cloud, storage, virtualisation, backup, and disaster recovery Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and priorities Strong communication skills, both technical and non-technical Knowledge of IT service management frameworks such as ITIL, and project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall Ability to demonstrate leadership, creativity, and a customer-centric focus Key Responsibilities...
Design and implement advanced IT solutions to meet client requirements.
Provide expert-level support and troubleshooting for complex technical issues.
Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and develop customised solutions.
Lead technical projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, risk mitigation and high-quality outcomes.
Prepare internal and client-facing documentation Mentor and support junior engineers and other team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to provide cutting-edge solutions.
Working closely with Head of Service to facilitate customer outcomes.

Familiarity with the ConnectWise Platform, specifically PSA, CPQ and RMM Client experience certifications, for example, Helpdesk Habits Leadership and Training skills.
