UGL/IAS is seeking a offshore ready Painter Blaster with Level 3 Rope Access certification to join our site team on a 3/3 roster.
You will be part of a team responsible for maintaining and repairing critical structural components, such as cladding and insulation, to prevent erosion and ensure the facility's integrity.

About the role: 12 hour days Penalties + site allowance Consistent roster To be considered for the role you will possess the following skills, experience, and attributes: Demonstrated experience working on an offshore facility Certificate III in Surface Preparation & Coating Application Current IRATA Level 3 certification with an up-to-date logbook Current MSIC, BOSIET & CAEBS Valid Working at Heights and Confined Spaces certifications (issued within the past 2 years, with at least 6 months remaining) High Pressure Water Jetting certification (preferred) Experience with Humidor and Stopaq application Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Ability to successfully complete VOC assessment What makes you right for UGL Genuine concern for safety Capacity to flourish in a high-performance environment An innovative mindset and a willingness to challenge the norm A belief that success and value are driven by teams where everyone has a role to play What We Offer Even time roster (3 weeks on, 3 weeks off) Diverse scope of work Ability to grow and develop an innovative team with support from UGL and our Client About us UGL Pty Limited is a leading provider of end-to-end engineering, construction and maintenance services.
