Level 3 Rope Access Tech (Ra Sup)

EnerMech is seeking an experienced Rope Access Level 3 - Rope Access Supervisor.
Reporting to the Site Supervisor & Rope Access Manager, you will be responsible for leading a small team of Rope Access Technicians.
This is a local role based at the LNG Plant in Darwin. Candidates must have full-time, permanent working rights in Australia. This opportunity would suit a candidate with demonstrated proficiency in rope access techniques, who is safety focused and fosters a culture of open communication.
This permanent, full-time role offers a competitive remuneration up to $195,000 per annum with firm job security. Tasks and Responsibilities: Assist with the development and approval of lift and rescue plans.Manage EnerMech and Client documents relating to scope, RA related reporting, and IRATA ICOP compliance.Conduct safety inspections and meetings.Assist in planning, scheduling, and executing rope access load testing work scopes for the site team.Supervise all rope access & load testing activities performed by the team onsite.Liaise with clients on project progress and safety issues.The ideal candidate will have: Proven experience as a Rope Access Supervisor (Desired).Experience in the NDT, Mining, Oil & Gas Industry (Desired).Current IRATA Level 3 Rope Access.Advanced Rigging.Working at Heights (Valid within 2 years).Confined Space Entry & Gas Test Atmospheres (Valid within 2 years).First Aid.White Card.As part of the pre-employment process, the successful candidate must be able to successfully pass a Pre-Employment Medical (including drug and alcohol test).
