Whilst the service is based in Bar Beach Newcastle, outpatient, outreach, and community residential care is provided to those who live in the Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Lower & Upper Hunter, Port Stephens, Greater Taree, and Central Coast areas.The HBIS team is specially trained to clinically support and case manage people who have experienced a traumatic brain injury.
