Resolving complex issues by pinpointing root causes and implementing effective solutions. Nurturing partnerships with third-party vendors and solution providers. Your Background The ideal applicant will be a true 'techie' with proven Aussie MSP experience who thrives when facing complex issues and has a passion for the latest and greatest technologies. Other attributes include: Relevant IT qualification or comparable certification (Microsoft, VMware, Cisco, etc) 5+ years of experience in a highly technical MSP environment. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills via telephone and face-to-face interaction Proven hands-on technical skills with Windows Server and Windows Desktop systems including Active Directory, group policy, DNS, and replication. Solid experience with O365, Azure, Veeam, VMware and/or Hyper-V technologies. Strong understanding of configuring and supporting firewalls, network switches and wireless access points.
