About the Role: Provide home-based OT services to clients in the Cessnock and Kurri LGAs, supporting those over 65 and under 65 who are not NDIS-eligible Recommend and coordinate equipment needs, as well as simple and complex home modifications Manage an independent caseload and work closely with external stakeholders like Enable NSW, GEAT2GO providers, and home modification services What We're Looking For: A proactive team player with strong communication skills and a knack for organization A quick learner who can advocate for patients and manage caseloads independently Experience in community OT services preferred What We Offer: Thorough onsite orientation with our Site Senior OT Regular supervision sessions focused on clinical and professional development Ongoing education through OT meetings and access to both internal and external CPD opportunities Proximity to shopping and other services ADO's each month (for full time employees) 4 weeks annual leave (pro-rata for part time employees) Superannuation contributions Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for staff and family members Opportunity to work and collaborate with a range of non-clinical and clinical professionals Additional Information: An eligibility list will be created for future permanent part time and temporary part time vacancies.
