WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING? As a Level 2 Support Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and optimising our clients' IT systems. The role will involve systems administration, network management and managing multiple clients at once, so MSP experience is key.
WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE... Extensive experience in systems administration - Windows Desktop & Windows Server operating systemsAt least 3 years experience within an MSP environmentProficiency in NetworkingStrong knowledge Backup and Disaster Recovery SystemsUnderstanding of IT security principles.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.TO BE CONSIDERED...
