Job Description The role will involve the following;
Support approved software packages (e.g., electronic lock & security systems, surveillance systems, digital signage, user security integration)Assist with data exporting, importing, and ID card productionPreparing reports aligned with internal Government processes & standardsTroubleshoot and support approved internet security measuresManage and cultivate business relationshipsDay-to-day service desk operations, triaging & escalating tickets through the organisation's ITSM toolBase level networking - cabling, switching & routing The Successful Applicant Selection criteria will include;
Prior experience in a Queensland Government body is desiredExperience with Service Desk Plus ticketing softwareExcellent interpersonal communication skillsAbility & proven success working in a teamExperience in the following technologies will be highly regarded: Office 365 E5 Application stack, Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Azure, Exchange, SharePoint, Intune, ZScaler, troubleshooting of iOS and Android devices What's on Offer What's On Offer?
